Access to CourseSpaces requires payment of applicable fees. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and you agree to abide by Stripe's terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. We reserve the right to charge late fees or collection costs for overdue payments.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of initial purchase for any reason. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the CourseSpaces platform, including all software, designs, graphics, and documentation, are owned by ToolboxLabs GmbH and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading content to CourseSpaces, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide and promote the Service.
You may not use CourseSpaces trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. All goodwill arising from your use of our trademarks inures to our benefit.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
